Orders placed before 15:00 on workdays will be send out on the same day.

* Please note that due to the current situation across Europe and Worldwide  the delivery times may be extended.

Delivery estimates*

• The Netherlands ± 2 business days.
• Belgium & Germany ± 3/5 business days.
• UK ± 5/10 business days.
• Europe ± 5/10 business days.
• World ± 8/15 business days.

Returns

We hope that you love your Juulry. If you are not content with your Juulry you can of course return your order and get your money refunded or exchange (read info below). You have 30 days to return your item. 

Please Note:

• Articles bought on sale can not be exchanged or returned.
• Earrings for pierced ears cannot be returned due to our health and hygiene policy.

To return an item please follow the following process:

• first send us a mail with the reason you want to return it.
• ensure the Juulry is in undamaged state,
• ensure that the Juulry is not worn or used,
• include the original packaging.
• Please send your return package to the following address: 

 

Note that we don't return shipping costs !!

Please include a note in your return package with your name, reason of return and bank details so we can refund your order. 

 

Exchanges

For exchange you can return the order and can order the right product on our website. We refund the money after we received the return within 14 business days. 

 

Standard and Free Shipping

Juulry is not responsible for missing or lost parcels send with standard shipping (€3,09 for the Netherlands and €5,90 for Europe).

 

Insured Shipping with Track and Trace

Insured shipping is available for all countries at an additional cost:

Netherlands = €5,95

Belgium, Germany, France, Sweden, Italy, Luxembourg & Spain = €10,70

Austria & Denmark = €12,20

United Kingdom & Ireland = €14,20

Additional EU countries = €15,50

Rest of the World = €25,00

 

Out of Stock
If an item is sold out at the moment it will state "back soon" on our website. This item will be restocked as soon as it arrives from one of our Factories.
